What is RoadMark Pro's production capacity?
We have an annual production capacity of over 50,000 metric tons across our manufacturing facilities. This includes thermoplastic, water-based, and solvent-based road marking products.
Do you provide samples?
Yes, we provide samples for quality evaluation. Please contact our sales team with your specific requirements, and we'll arrange sample shipment within 3-5 business days.
What are your payment terms?
We accept T/T (bank transfer), L/C (letter of credit), and Western Union for new customers. For established customers, we offer flexible credit terms. Contact us for detailed payment arrangements.
Product Questions
What is the difference between thermoplastic and water-based paint?
Thermoplastic paint is hot-applied (180-200°C) and offers superior durability (3-5 years), making it ideal for high-traffic roads. Water-based paint is applied cold, environmentally friendly with low VOC, and typically lasts 1-2 years, suitable for urban roads and parking lots.
What standards do your products meet?
Our products meet international standards including BS EN 1436 (European), AASHTO M 248/249 (American), AS 4049 (Australian), and ASTM specifications. We can also produce to specific national standards upon request.
Can you customize formulations?
Yes, our R&D team can develop custom formulations for specific climate conditions, application requirements, or local standards. We've successfully created over 50 custom formulations for various markets.
Ordering & Pricing
What is the minimum order quantity?
For thermoplastic products, minimum order is 5 metric tons. For paints (water-based/solvent-based), minimum order is 1 metric ton or 20 drums. For glass beads, minimum order is 1 metric ton. Smaller quantities for sampling are available.
How do I get a quote?
You can request a quote through our online RFQ form, email us at sales@roadmarkpro.com, or contact your regional sales representative. Please provide product specifications, quantity, and destination port for accurate pricing.
What is the lead time for orders?
Standard orders are typically ready within 7-15 business days. Large orders or custom formulations may require 20-30 days. We maintain stock of popular products for faster delivery.
Shipping & Logistics
Which countries do you export to?
We currently export to over 50 countries across Southeast Asia, Middle East, Africa, Latin America, Oceania, and Europe. Our export team handles all necessary documentation for smooth customs clearance.
What shipping options are available?
We offer FCL (full container load) and LCL (less than container load) sea freight, air freight for urgent orders, and land transport for neighboring countries. We work with major shipping lines and can arrange CIF, FOB, or DDP terms.
What documents do you provide for export?
We provide complete export documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, MSDS/safety data sheets, test reports, quality certificates, and any specific documents required by destination country regulations.
Technical Support
Do you provide technical support?
Yes, we provide comprehensive technical support including application guidelines, equipment recommendations, on-site training (for large projects), and troubleshooting assistance. Our technical team is available 24/7 for urgent inquiries.
What application equipment is needed?
For thermoplastic: thermoplastic kettle/melter and applicator machine. For paint: airless spray machine or conventional spray equipment. We can recommend suitable equipment suppliers and provide application training.
How should products be stored?
Thermoplastic materials should be stored in dry, covered areas away from moisture. Paints should be stored at 5-35°C, protected from freezing and direct sunlight. Refer to product-specific storage guidelines in our datasheets.
