2. Our Services

RoadMark Pro is a manufacturer and supplier of road marking paints and related materials. We provide products and services to customers worldwide, including but not limited to thermoplastic road marking paint, water-based paint, solvent-based paint, two-component systems, anti-skid coatings, and reflective glass beads.

3. Orders and Pricing

Quotations

All quotations provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice due to raw material costs, exchange rates, or other market factors.

Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by RoadMark Pro. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the quotation or proforma invoice. Standard payment methods include:

• T/T (Telegraphic Transfer / Wire Transfer)
• L/C (Letter of Credit)
• Western Union (for sample orders)

For new customers, advance payment or deposit may be required. Credit terms may be extended to established customers at our discretion.

5. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Customs clearance procedures
• Shipping carrier delays
• Force majeure events
• Inaccurate or incomplete shipping information

Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier for FOB shipments, or upon delivery to the destination for CIF/DDP shipments.

6. Product Quality and Specifications

Our products are manufactured in accordance with stated specifications and applicable international standards. We provide:

• Certificates of Analysis (COA) upon request
• Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)
• Quality certificates for customs clearance

Product colors may vary slightly from samples or images due to manufacturing processes. Application results depend on surface conditions, weather, and application methods.

7. Warranty and Limitation

We warrant that our products meet published specifications at the time of delivery. This warranty is subject to:

• Proper storage and handling before use
• Application according to our guidelines
• Use within the specified shelf life

Our liability is limited to replacement of defective products or refund of the purchase price. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Returns and Claims

Claims for damaged or incorrect shipments must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Returns are accepted only with prior authorization. Custom-formulated products are non-returnable.

9. Intellectual Property
